My kid would eat mac ‘n’ cheese every day if it were an option. It’s comforting, warm & cheesy, & simple to make. I totally get the obsession. We usually like to stick to the homemade versions, but we most definitely dig into the boxed stuff every now & again because sometimes life just doesn’t allow the time to shred cheese.
