My kid would eat mac ‘n’ cheese every day if it were an option. It’s comforting, warm & cheesy, & simple to make. I totally get the obsession. We usually like to stick to the homemade versions, but we most definitely dig into the boxed stuff every now & again because sometimes life just doesn’t allow the time to shred cheese. 8 oz. (about 2 cups) elbow macaroni
8 oz. (about 2 cups) shredded cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups fresh spinach
salt & pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
