Grilled Balsamic Steak Salad

A quick, healthy and delicious steak salad that is packed with protein, veggies, and healthy fats and is finished with a quick and easy balsamic vinaigrette!

One large piece of sirloin or New York strip loin
½ Head Romaine lettuce
1 Red pepper, chopped
1 Roma tomato, chopped
½ a small red onion, chopped
½ Tbsp Olive oil
½ Tbsp minced garlic
½ Cup Low fat or fat free feta cheese
¼ tsp Original Mrs. Dash low sodium seasoning
Pinch of sea salt
Dressing:
2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Red wine vinegar
½ tsp Brown sugar
