Grilled Kokanee Salmon

I love fishing, and I love grilled fish! I played with this grilled fish recipe with these kokanee salmon until it has become our family's favorite!

4 pounds whole kokanee salmon
8 ounces butter
4 tablespoons lemon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
Warm up the grill to medium heat. Butterfly the kokanee by slicing down the backbone from the inside and laying the fish skin-side down. Place the fish on tin foil with the skin down. Cut butter into slices and place evenly on the fish. Sprinkle lemon pepper generously over the butter. Add garlic if desired. Place on grill. Grill 5 to 7 minutes, being careful to not overcook. Use spatula to peel the meat from the skin. Remove the bones and serve with your favorite vegetables an rice!

Twix are a delicious chocolate bar candy. If you’ve never had one you are missing out. These Twix cookies are inspired by the tasty combo of flavors found in the iconic candy bar by the same name.

Twix cookies feature (like the candy bar) a cookie with caramel and then chocolate of course! You could sort of re-fabricate this recipe into actual Twix bars but it’s much easier to just dollop the caramel and the chocolate on top of the cookies!
