4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon fenugreek
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cardemom
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 teaspoon mild curry powder
salt
1/2 garlic clove, grated
Juice of 1 lemon
A few drops of natural red food coloring (optional) *see note
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
