8-10 thin slices sirloin steak
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 Large garlic cloves (smashed and cut in half)
sea salt and pepper (season both sides of steak)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Medium carrots (peeled and sliced)
2 Medium bell peppers (rinsed and sliced)
Medium zucchini (peeled and sliced)
1/2 Large purple onion (sliced long)
5-6 Medium green onions (rinsed and sliced)
2 Large cloves of garlic (smashed)
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons green onions (minced)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup beef broth
