A bright, refreshing, unique salad that serves as a side dish to any of your grilled meals

4 slices seedless watermelon (triangle cut)
2 C strawberries, sliced
1/2 C balsamic vinegar
3 T sugar
3 T water
2 basil leaves, sliced thin
Optional: coarse sea salt
