The Gyro Burger is made from 50/50 lamb & hamburger and topped with tomatoes, onions & tzatziki sauce. Bringing Greek flare to the burger!

2 Lbs Ground Chuck Beef 80% lean / 20% fat
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Dill
1/2 Tsp Oregano
4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Tzatziki Sauce
3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt 6oz
1/2 Cup Cucumber peeled, seeded, diced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1 Tsp Dill
1/2 Tsp Oregano
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

1 Tomato diced

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
