Spicy home made soup

Ingredients
750g chicken or 500g leg mutton cut into pieces
1 cup of wheat, ½ cup barley, 1 cup yellow dhall and half cup lentil or masoor dhall (to be boiled in salted water till tender and then grind in blender)
2tblsp ginger and garlic (pureed)
1 large onion finely chopped
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp crushed dry red chillies
1tsp whole jeera (cumin)
1tsp garum masala
¼ cup chopped chalot and dhania and mint
Few pieces cardamom (elachie) clove and pepper and cinnamon sticks
1tsp salt
1tsp green chillies chopped
1 tsp dhania & jeera powder
2 whole green chillies
¼ cup oil
2 tsp ghee
Method Boil the wheat, barley and dhall until tender and then add to the blender till its smooth. Keep aside Place large pot on stove on high heat, add the oil, and then fry onions with cinnamon sticks, cloves, pepper and elachie, till light golden brown. Add the meat, ginger and garlic and ½ cup water and let it boil till liquid dry and meat is tender on medium heat. Then add the turmeric, dry red chillies, jeera, garam masala, green chillies chopped, geera dhania powder, whole green chillies and ghee and cook till well coated with the tender meat. Then add the blended wheat, barley and dhall mixture with 3 cups of water and boil for 1 hr. Add in the chopped chalot, dhania and mint, and then simmer after ½ hr. Garnish with golden brown fried onion, mint and lemon juice and serve hot with freshly baked naan or bread roll.
