Halloween Baked Spaghetti

Halloween Baked Spaghetti has 2 extra frightfully good ingredients that make it a saucy, cheesy, comforting family tradition.

8 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked and drained (save ¾ cup of pasta water)
1 pound hamburger
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon sugar
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste with Italian herbs
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4.25 ounce) can chopped black olives
¾ cup pasta water
2 cups (5 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese, grated, divided
2 tablespoons basil, chopped
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese for the top
