1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
pinch crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 pound cubed ( lean ham )
2 cups cooked ( brown rice )
2 cups frozen peas ( thawed )
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 tablespoon low sodium-tamari soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil

1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
