2 large whole plum tomatoes, halved
1 pound ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, divided
9 whole lasagna noodles
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4 cup egg substitute
2 cups part-skim mozzarella
2 large whole plum tomatoes, halved
1 pound ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, divided
