Healthy Caramel Sauce

This gooey caramel sauce is sublime and sure to get your tastebuds singing with happiness. It’s super easy to make too. The caramel will last for up to a week in the fridge, however you will find it hardens up a little. Just put it in the microwave for 10 seconds right before serving to fix this.
