Quick and easy Chicken fried rice, perfect if you do food prep on weekends :)

1 lb chicken, about 2-3 chicken


• 3 cups cooked brown rice.


• 2 Tbsp olive oil


• 1 small onion, chopped


• 1 cup frozen peas


• 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce(more or less to taste)
