Healthy Cilantro Lime Rice. A quick and healthy side dish that can be made in less than 15 minutes!

1 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 Package of instant brown rice (boil in bag)
1½ tablespoons cilantro
¼ teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
