Creamy crockpot chicken with no cans of cream of anything soup. Great served over pasta or rice.

1 – 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1 8oz can of seasoned diced tomatoes (I used basil/garlic/oregano)
¼ cup of white wine
1 package of frozen creamed spinach (thawed)
½ cup of parmesan cheese
½ cup of plain greek yogurt (can substitute heavy cream)
