Healthy Fried Pickles

A healthy, gluten and dairy free version of the traditional Pub favourite "deep-fried pickles." My fiance is obsessed with these babies, so I was determined to come up with a healthy alternative, and finally I found the recipe that works.

5 Dill Pickles
1/2 cup almond milk
2 egg whites
1 tbsp brown rice flour
1 cup brown rice flour (you could also use whole wheat, quinoa, etc.)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
