A healthy, lighter, gluten free version of the old classic, topped with fresh fruits providing you with a healthy supply of dietary fibre, carbohydrates and protein.

Ingredients for the toast:
2 slices of Canyon Bakehouse 12-Grain Gluten Free Bread
2 egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Toppings:
1/3 banana
1/2 kiwi
1/4 golden delicious apple
1/4 cup blueberries
tsp agave (optional)
