Healthy, High Protein Chocolate Brownies

These brownies use no flour, sugar or butter so you can indulge in some of these guilt free. I know adding kidney beans into brownies seems very odd, but I can guarantee they still satisfy a chocolate lover (like me) and are moist and gooey inside.

400g red kidney beans (rinsed well and drained)
125g dark chocolate (chopped)
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup maple syrup (can also use agave or honey)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp protein powder
1/4 tsp salt
-Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. -Grease a 20x30cm pan with oil or butter and line with baking paper -Add all the ingredients into a food processer or a blender -Blend together until you get a really smooth...
