Healthy Homemade Egg Rolls with Sweet and Sour Sauce

A healthier version of the classic egg roll. Or you can fry them up restaurant style!

1 lb. ground turkey
1 T. Soy sauce
1 T. Minced Ginger
1 T. Sesame Seeds
1/2 T. Minced Garlic
2 C. chopped cabbage and 1 C. shredded carrots or 1 bag of Asian salad mix
1 pkg. Egg Roll wrappers

Sweet & Sour Sauce
3 T. Ketchup
1/3 C. Sugar
2 T. Vinegar
2 T. Soy Sauce
1t. Minced Ginger
2 T. Orange Juice Concentrate or Pineapple juice
2 T. Cornstarch
Whisk together in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer for 2 min until sauce turns translucent. It's ready to serve.
Chop and Brown turkey with spices. Combine turkey and salad. Spoon 3 tablespoons into an egg roll wrapper. wrap up and place on baking sheet. Bake or fry according to egg roll wraps directions. Serve with...
