Healthy Pecan Pie Cups - A no-bake mini dessert that is a great alternative to traditional pecan pie.

2 cups (220 grams) pitted dates
¾ cup (82 grams) pecan halves, unsalted
½ cup (60 grams) dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
½ cup (60 grams) ground flaxseeed
1½ tablespoons vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
