I absolutely love cauliflower rice, it’s the perfect healthy and nutritious accompaniment to curry, so I wanted to experiment with flavours to come up with a cauliflower rice dish that’s a little bit different. This turmeric and pistachio option is amazing. The turmeric adds a fantastic kick to the flavour and the pistachios add crunch. It really does taste fantastic.
