An easy to make hearty breakfast with just the right amount of sweetness.

2-Cups Quick Cooking Oats
1- Cup Old Fashioned Oats
(note: I like to mix the two because it gives it a nice hearty texture. You can use all quick cooking if that's all you have)
1- Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
2-tsp Baking Powder
1-tsp Salt
1-tsp Cinnamon
2- Eggs
1- Cup Milk
1/2 -Cup Butter melted
1-tsp Vanilla
1- Cup Old Fashioned Oats

Get your oven heating up to 350 and lightly butter a 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan
