Herb and Parmesan Rosted Vegetable Pasta

Vegetables roasted in the oven with herbs and garlic mixed with pasta then tossed with a light sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese.

2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. cauliflower florets
1 red pepper, julienned
1 green pepper, julienned
1 yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise then diced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 T. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. thyme
1 t. rosemary
1 t. majoram
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
13.25 oz. Dreamfields Penne Rigate
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1/2 c. low sodium chicken broth (or vegetable broth if making vegetarian)
1/2 c. dry white wine
1-2 T. lemon juice
2 T. fresh chopped parsley

2 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
