Light, delicious, herb-marinated chicken breast to throw on the grill for an easy summer meal. These are so flavorful and good for you! Marinate for 30 minutes and grill the chicken for about 10 minutes. Fast and easy! I made mine on a George Foreman grill and they made my house smell almost as good as they tasted!

3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tablespoons fresh basil; chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley; chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh thyme; chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary; chopped
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
2 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 Tablespoons fresh basil; chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley; chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh thyme; chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary; chopped
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
2 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
1. Combine first 9 ingredients, place in a 2-gal. zip-lock bag with the chicken, seal bag, and chill 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
