Here's a more traditional recipe for a roast turkey breast . It's simple and yet spectacular at the same time!

4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp seasoning salt (I used Mrs. Dash)
1 tsp garlic seasoning (I use McCormick's Garlic & Onion Seasoning)
3/4 tsp black pepper
6-7 lb turkey breast

Preheat oven to 350. Place turkey breast into roasting pan with the breast up. Pull the skin of the turkey so it is loosened, both at the base and neck. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl....
