Tomatoes, onions, garlic, and cilantro team up with quinoa for a delicious, mouthwatering side dish. These quinoa bowls are filling enough to be a main course, too! {Vegan + GF}

2 cups cooked quinoa
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced
½ cup red onion, diced
½ cup green onion, sliced
¼ cup cilantro, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
