Homemade 4 Cheese Ravioli's

These are just like the one's you find at the store....only they taste better! ;)

Ravioli Dough:
2 C. All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 TBSP. Olive Oil
2 Eggs
1 1/2 TBSP. Water

4-Cheese Filling:
1 (8 oz.) Ricotta
1 (4 oz.) Cream Cheese~ softened
1/2 C. Mozzarella Cheese~ shredded
1/2 C. Provolone Cheese~ shredded
1 Egg
1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
