This gluten-free, soy-free, low-sugar homemade apple cider recipe is full of flavor with a secret ingredient to give it just the right amount of sweetness.

16 cups filtered water
10 apples, cored and quartered
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp allspice
½ tsp ground cloves, optional
½ - 1 cup agave nectar (vegan) or honey (paleo)
