2 Tbsp liquid from chickpeas
1 Tbsp chopped Garlic
2 Tsp fresh Parsley (chopped)
1/2 Tsp Salt
A) Combine all ingredients in a food processor. B) Blend ingredients until smooth C) Serve, with your favorite cracker, bread, or vegetable
