Homemade No-Bake Granola Bars

These homemade granola bars taste great, and are so easily adaptable to whatever you have on hand. They don't even require the oven! I love having them around in my gym bag, or in my purse when traveling, since they are the perfect source of fuel and energy. Best of all, they are chewy and don't fall apart, which I've found to happen with most homemade granola bars. Enjoy!

3/4 cup wheat germ
1 3/4 cups nuts
2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup dried fruit
