Homemade Sweet & Sour Chicken

If you have a craving for Chinese food, but don't want to spend the $$, then this recipe is for you! Tasty, easy, and something you'll definitely be making again and again!

Chicken Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Egg
1/2 cup flour
onion and garlic powder (to taste)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cornstarch
salt (I used seasoned salt, this is to your taste)
1 tsp oil
Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tbsp soy sauce (I used the low sodium kind)
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp cornstarch (mixed into 1/3 cup COLD water to dissolve)
1/2 tbsp oil
