A salad doesn’t get any better or fresher than this! Honey Basil Fruit Salad is a mix of fresh fruit and tossed in a 3 ingredient dressing: honey, basil and lemon!

2 cups diced strawberries, diced
2 cups blueberries
2 cups raspberries
Dressing:
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon honey
3 basil leaves, finely chopped
Wash the fruit and place in a large serving bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing. When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the fruit and serve immediately.
