Honey-Ginger Glazed Salmon

This was delicious for Rosh Hashanah dinner

3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp grated ginger root
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp olive oil
24 oz salmon

6oz plain Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp grated ginger root
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
Sriracha sauce (to taste)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and oil. Marinate the fish in the mixture for 20-60 minutes. While the fish is marinating, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Refrigerate...
