Honey Glazed Easy Chicken Wings(Baked)

Whenever you want some quick appetizers, go for Chicken wings. But the problem is, most of the chicken wings are deep fried and if you are health conscious, then obviously it is not an option. So go for baked or grilled ones. They taste equally delicious and very easy to cook and also you can eat how many you want without any guilt. Also, if you are more health conscious, try to remove skin from the wings or use boneless skinless chicken pieces instead of wings for this recipe.

Ingredients for Sauce:
1 Tablespoon melted unsalted butter
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper(Or Red chili powder)
1/2 Teaspoon Ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Cup hot pepper sauce (I used Frank’s Cayenne pepper sauce)
1 1/2 Cup Honey
2 Teaspoons Soy sauce
3 grated garlic cloves
Wings:
4 Pounds( I got 14 wings)chicken wings, Washed and dried well.
Some oil for Brushing Trays
1 tablespoon kosher salt
