Hungarian semolina milk pudding is a great favorite for breakfast and often served in the school cafeteria. Easy, creamy and delicious treat that the whole family will love. You do not ned to have huge cooking skills for this meal and it can be done in about 10 minutes. You can flavor it with ground cinnamon, cocoa powder or put jam or fruits on top.

Half a liter of whole milk
5 tablespoons of semolina (50 grams – 1.75 ounces)
2 tablespoons of sugar
Pinch of salt
One sachet of vanilla flavored sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
