Easy to make indian snacks.

2 pounds blanched spinach
5 pounds boiled and mashed potatoes
3 pounds boiled and mashed green peas
2 green chillis (finely chopped)
1 tsp. ginger paste
2 tbsp. corn flour
salt – to taste
oil – for deep frying
1/2 cup cashews – to stick over the kababs

oil – for deep frying
1/2 cup cashews – to stick over the kababs
Mix all the ingredients except oil and cashews and bind them together.
Now divide the mixture in 20 parts.
Take each part one by one and make it in tikki shape.
Now deep fry all the tikkis in a pan and stick cashews on each tikki.
Serve hot with mint chutney, tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.
