Crispy fried won tons topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperonis

won ton wrappers or egg roll
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 8 oz can tomato paste
1 t oregano
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1 t dried oregano
1 t dried basil
8 oz mozzarella cheese
pepperonis or other toppings
vegetable oil for frying
