3 Italian sausage links, casings removed
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chopped, frozen spinach
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
7.5 ounces ricotta
salt and pepper, as desired
1- 14.5 ounce jar alfredo sauce
1- 24 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
