Jalapeno Quiche

This Jalapeno Quiche recipe is an easy dish to make for breakfast or brunch. Including prep & cook time, you can have this on the table in under an hour.

2 cups taco blend cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
8 oz cottage cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp butter, melted
4 tbsp jalapenos, finely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is slightly golden and the eggs are set.
