Fire up those grills and make some Juicy Buttery Beer Brats folks!

1 package of brats
1 package of brat buns
4-5 garlic cloves grated or minced
Whole grain mustard
6 pack of your favorite pilsner beer or a 12 or 24 pack
Couple springs of fresh thyme
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 white onion sliced
1 poblano pepper deseeded and sliced (you can use green pepper too)
1 red pepper sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of the following: red pepper flakes dried oregano, smoked paprika, and chipotle chili pepper
1/2 cup pilsner beer Couple pinches of sugar optional, if necessary
Garnish with sauerkraut and additional mustard
