A quick and delicious side dish (or meal) that can be thrown together and on the table in minutes.

2-3 medium sized zucchini, washed and sliced into ¼" slices
1 medium onion, sliced and rings separated
2-3 Tablespoons minced garlic
2 Tablespoons olive oil
½ cup fresh, shredded Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
