Kale, Sweet Potato, and White Bean Enchiladas

6 ribs of kale, leaves removed and coarsely chopped
1 sweet potato, peeled and chopped into 1/2 pieces
1 can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
5-6 green onions, sliced and separated
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp cumin
10 flour tortillas
1 C salsa, slightly watered down if chunky
