A pretty and pink dip made of fish cake and cream cheese that is paired perfectly with Ritz crackers. Even the men will love it.

1 pkg Kamaboko (fish cake)
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 dollops of Mayonnaise
1/4 cup of Green Onion (scallions)
Salt/Pepper
Dice, grate or shred the Kamaboko. Add softened cream cheese and mayo and mix well. Add in green onions and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Ritz crackers. HOW EASY IS THAT? Come on now! Get this...
