1/2 cup diced onion
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup flour
6 cups chicken broth
1 (10-oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4-6 (6-inch) fajita-size flour tortillas, halved and cut into thin strips
