Kitchen Sink Soup

This soup literally has everything in it but the kitchen sink. The hubs and I were hungry, but didn't have enough of any one, or two, things to make a substantial meal! We resorted to raiding the freezer, the fridge, and the pantry...and this is what we came up with it! SUprisingly, it's really very good! Enjoy!

•Crimini Mushrooms, Sliced
•6 - Rainbow Carrots, Cut into Chunks
•3 - Large Yellow Onions, Chopped
•2 - 15.5 Ounce Cans Hominy, Drained
•1 - 11 Ounce Can Mexicorn
•1 - Can Condensed French Onion Soup
•2 - 16 Ounce Bags Frozen Peas & Carrots
•4 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
•Salt, Pepper & Garlic Salt to Taste
