1 pound boneless, skinless chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 -4 garlic cloves minced (to taste)
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (to taste)

Stir Fry Marinade Ingredients
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder or cornstarch
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Ground pepper to taste
