Langos - Hungarian Fried Bread

rLangos (pronounce Langosh) is a Hungarian deep fried flat bread (made of yeast, flour & water) that is eaten while still warm. It is usually topped with sour cream, grated cheese garlic oil or ketchup. This fast-food item is popular not only in Hungary but in neighboring countries such as Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and it can also be found it Croatia, Serbia or Romania.

500g Plain Flour
40g Fresh Yeast
400 ml Lukewarm Milk
½ Teaspoon Sugar
½ Teaspoon Salt
400-500 ml Sunflower/Vegetable Oil
