Lasagna Cupcakes in muffin cups

Lasagna without all the fuss. Individually baked in muffin cups, these cheesy, comforting lasagna cupcakes could not be easier or quicker to make.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound lean ground beef
1 link sweet Italian sausage
1 link hot Italian sausage
1 medium onion, finely diced (about ¾ cup)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup store-bought marinara or homemade lasagna sauce
1 cup part-skim ricotta
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup parmesan cheese
¼ cup prepared marinara sauce (from above)
1 package wonton wrappers (at least 48)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
