Your favorite all purpose seasoning (I used Montrel Steak Seasoning)
6-8 mini sweet bell peppers (red, yellow, orange - use a variety)
1 large, sweet yellow onion, chopped
3-4 cloves fresh garlic, minced or pressed
1 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
