This combination of creamy sweet cheesecake filling, a bright citrus topping and a chewy cookie crust is the perfect marriage!

Crust
1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
1/3 c. Butter or Margarine softened
2 T Flour
1 Egg

Cheesecake
2 Eggs
2 pkg. (8 oz each) Cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp Lemon zest

Lemon Topping
¾ c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
½ c. Water
¼ c. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Lemon zest
2 Egg yolks beaten
